Shortbread: In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and sugar. Add the butter cut in small dice and mix with the fingertips to obtain a sandy mixture. Add the egg. Knead quickly and form a ball. Spread the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Book at least 2 hours cool.
