Beat the very cold liquid cream with the grated horseradish
Soften the gelatin sheets in cold water, wring them out, then melt them in the heated vodka. Stir in whipped cream. Spread cream over slices of smoked salmon. Roll each slice tightly in stretch film. Reserve at least 4 hours in the refrigerator before cutting each roll into slices.
