MEALS TO KICKSTART


When you are just starting out the keto diet it can be hard to find enough recipes that are low carb and keto friendly. That is why I put together a full week of keto meals to make it a little bit easier for you. The keto diet consists of eating a very low amount of carbs per day which force your body to use fat for energy instead of carbs, therefore melting the fat right off your body. I have personally been following this diet for a few months and can’t recommend it enough. I’ve reached my goal weight of 120 pounds and feel more full of energy and happier than I ever have!
